Welcome to our blog/newsletter!

"When ya'll coming back?" is the question I inevitably get from one of my dear grandmothers every time we visit our family in Georgia.  It is hard to believe that 2 1/2 years have passed  since our epic move from family in our comfortable world there.  One thing we have learned though, when God calls... you must go.   It has been a long two and half years since we first moved from Georgia to help open a wilderness camp for troubled girls but we are coming very close to having our first group of girls.  Hopefully, within weeks we will see a working camp.
Another question I am always asked about camp  is "do the girls really live outside, year round"?  And the answer is "yes".  Through time I hope to post pictures and stories about what God is doing in the lives of the girls here at camp and try to describe a little more what the camp world is like.  It is an amazing ministry that takes broken hearts and homes and rebuilds them using group work and getting back to the basics.  God is so good and we have hit some bumps in the road but as always He continues to AMAZE us with what he is doing here.  There have been some true miracles happen already and we don't even have girls yet.  Thank you for everyone who has and will continue to support us through prayer.  You will never know the difference that you are making on this earth through it.  We look forward to sharing more with you over time.  Thanks for stopping by!
For His Glory,
Adrian, Amanda, Ada, and Isaac (due June 14th)
Prayer Request
*The intake of girls to start
*Developing relationships with the government
*Safety and team spirit of the staff
*Healing and restoration of the girls and their families
*That our family will bring glory to God

A bridge that Adrian built to the first campsite.  This was one of his first girl's camp assignments when we moved.  Hoping it is a symbolic start to what our ministry helps do!
